Strategic Plan or Strategy Coaching


Phase 1: Build the Plan

  • Goals for Company, Division, Area…

  • Essentials or Priority activities (plan on a page)

  • Essential including dependencies (internally dependent to complete an activity on other areas of the company)

Step 1: Material review and interview

  • Goals (company, division, area…), essentials, activities, milestones, timing, measurements and communications (gain agreement and alignment between all leaders)

Step 2: Workshops with leadership

Step 3: Document strategic plan rough draft for review

Step 4: Workshop - review strategic plan rough draft and gain feedback and/or agreement/alignment

Step 5: Completed strategic plan communicated


Phase 2: Coaching - Execute the Strategic Plan

  • Work with leaders ongoing to successfully execute essentials/activities, communicate measurements and milestones and bring awareness to gaps and/or challenges to obtaining company agreed upon goals.

  • Work with leaders to communicate and engage employees to connect with the goals and strategic plan and identify gaps and/or challenges to achieving company goals.

  • Facilitate leadership meetings and/or workshops to continue to gain agreement and alignment.
